Schedule: Sunday–Wednesday, 8:00 AM–6:30 PM (4x10)


Seeking a customer-focused Help Desk Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 access and technical support for multiple locations. This role supports 6–14 calls per day in a call center environment and documents issues in a ticketing system.


Requirements:

  • Help desk, technical support, or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
  • Professional, customer-centric approach


Training: Four-week onboarding program provided.
