Martin Mariettais currently looking for a motivated individual to join ourIowa GradingTeam. This position will have the opportunity to operate a variety of heavy equipment to include haul truck, motor grader, water truck, etc. to bring raw materials from pit to plant in a safe and efficient manner at maximum loading capacity. This position will be based out ofEarlham, IA but will travel around Central Iowa and Eastern Nebraska to help other plants with production.

This position is paid a competitive hourly wage as well as drive time pay, mileage pay and $175per diem pay.Essential Functions
Must be able to or willing to learn to operate all other mobile equipment,includinghaul truck, motor grader, water truck,dozer and excavators.Assist in plant repairs and clean-upPerform pre-shift safety inspection on equipmentPerform preventative maintenance and service mobile equipment. Report needed repairs to shop personnelResponsible for good housekeeping of equipmentAdhere to MSHA and plant safety rules and regulationsPerform duties with minimum supervision
Minimum Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED equivalent requiredExperience is a plus but will train the right candidateMust Have a Valid Driver’s LicenseBi-Lingual is a plus
Working ConditionsLarger equipment is typically air conditioned. There will be times when outside assignments that may require periods of work in all weather conditions-heat, cold, wet or dry.
