Heavy Duty Accounting Clerk/Biller

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to process and reconcile invoices for construction equipment and heavy truck sales. This role is responsible for posting deals, managing floor plan payoffs, and ensuring all customer, lender, and deposit transactions are accurately applied and balanced.

Key Responsibilities

• Post equipment invoices and heavy truck invoices in DMS
• Reconcile customer payments, financing proceeds, and deposits to each deal
• Match lender funding to invoices and ensure timely, accurate payoff of inventory
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies across invoices, payments, and systems
• Maintain complete and accurate deal documentation (contracts, titles/MSOs, etc.)
• Collaborate with sales, finance, and accounting teams to ensure deals are finalized correctly

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of billing, A/R, or dealership accounting experience
• Experience with IntelliDealer and Karmak highly preferred
• Strong understanding of floor plan financing and payoff processes
• High attention to detail and strong reconciliation skills
