  • Perform leak tests on completed radiators and assemblies to verify quality and identify any defects.
  • Work across multiple assembly areas dedicated to different radiator parts and full units as production needs require.
  • Measure and verify dimensions using a tape measure to confirm assemblies meet specifications.
  • Follow all safety procedures and use equipment correctly when working at heights and handling heavy components.
  • Collaborate with the Assembly Supervisor and team members to meet production schedules and maintain a clean, organized work area.

  • Familiarity with building products for warehouses, production facilities, or data centers.

Why Work Here?

The company offers clear and structured opportunities for pay increases, including an initial raise upon hire-in, another increase at six months, and further raise potential at the one- and two-year marks. The organization maintains a clean and organized facility and is investing in growth areas such as radiators for data centers, providing long-term business stability and opportunities to work on modern, in-demand products. Team members can build a steady career in a hands-on environment where reliability and skill development are recognized and rewarded.

Work Environment

This role is based in an assembly and fabrication shop that builds industrial radiators for warehouses, production facilities, and data centers. The facility is clean and organized but not temperature controlled, so it can become hot during the summer. Work is performed on a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 5:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The position reports to the Assembly Supervisor and involves frequent use of hand and power tools, overhead cranes, ladders, and scissor lifts, as well as working on and around large, semi-trailer-sized radiator assemblies.
