Our Client is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead service technicians and warehouse staff across Palm Beach County. This role requires a strong technical background as a former HVAC service technician and proven leadership capabilities.
The candidate should have 10+ years of Commercial HVAC service experience in a mechanical contracting environment, 2+ years of supervisory experience. This position leads Field Supervisors, Service Technicians, and service Warehouse staff for Palm Beach County and reports to the General Manager. and the ability to operate effectively in both office and field environments.
This is a large company offering excellent benefits and opportunity. We are targeting a base salary range of $130-140k.
