Job Description
Must know complex schedules, able to be a test lead and change management / training
Responsible for the lead role on testing, validation, training and support of Workday application with specific emphasis on Workday Payroll Integrations and Reports
Responsible for the functional support and maintenance, configuration in Workday modules related to payroll
Provide ongoing support to business units, troubleshooting and resolving system issues.
Implement Workday enhancements based on business needs.
Build and generate reports using Workday tools.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues promptly
Collaborate with the integration team to manage integrations with other systems
Document system configurations and solutions
