Position Details- Salary: $36,000+ base + quarterly bonuses
- Additional Pay: Paid rotating on-call
- Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | Daytime hours
- Location: Beaumont, TX
What You’ll Do (We’ll Teach You!)This role is perfect for someone who enjoys people, problem-solving, and staying organized:
📅 Staffing & Scheduling
- Coordinate caregiver schedules and patient coverage
- Help ensure every patient receives the care they need

- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires
- Be a go-to support person for caregivers in the field
📞 Problem Solving in Real Time
- Help fill shifts for call-outs or schedule changes
- Support patients and staff with quick, thoughtful solutions
📊 Operations & Coordination
- Help manage caseloads and support efficient scheduling
- Learn how healthcare operations run behind the scenes
🚗 Field Support (Occasional)
- Deliver supplies/equipment when needed (mileage reimbursed)
📲 On-Call Rotation (Paid!)
- Be part of a rotating on-call team supporting after-hours needs
- Gain valuable experience handling real-time situations

What We’re Looking For- High School Diploma required | College Degree a plus
- Comfortable with basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email)
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation
Bonus (but not required):
- Customer service, internship, or leadership experience
- Interest in healthcare or staffing
- Bilingual skills
