Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Project Manager to support large-scale public health initiatives, This role involves managing project lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations of testing sites and related programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in fast-paced, operational environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Oversee daily operations of testing sites, including staffing, logistics, and supply management
- Coordinate with internal departments (Facilities, IT, Supply Chain, Safety) to ensure smooth operations
- Provide regular reporting on project status, risks, staffing, and inventory (e.g., PPE and supplies)
- Support launch and expansion of testing initiatives, including mobile and community-based sites
- Identify operational challenges and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with community organizations and external partners
- Supervise and delegate tasks to junior staff (3–4 team members)
- Escalate critical issues and provide recommendations to leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s may substitute for 1 year of experience)
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project or program management
- At least 2 years of administrative or team management experience
- Proven ability to manage projects from concept to execution
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
