Job Description:
- Request and collect medical records from external providers (clinics, hospitals, labs, radiology centers).
- Receive, process, and upload imaging and documents into patient charts.
- Create and update patient records in the EMR system (Cerner).
- Monitor referrals and flag urgent cases to the Healthcare Navigator team.
- Manage email and fax inboxes; route or upload documents as needed.
- Send registration forms and patient information to new patients.
