We are currently seeking a Deal Modeling & Valuation Consultant in Charlotte, NC to support our healthcare clients across M&A, corporate development, and transaction strategy initiatives.
The Opportunity – Healthcare Transactions & Corporate Development
This role will support healthcare executive leadership and corporate development teams in evaluating, structuring, and de-risking strategic transactions. You’ll sit at the intersection of financial modeling, valuation analysis, operational diligence, and executive-level decision support.
You will contribute across the transaction lifecycle — with an emphasis on early-stage valuation modeling, financial scenario analysis, and integration of third-party diligence findings.
This is a high-visibility opportunity to help shape investment decisions and long-term value creation for health systems, ambulatory platforms, joint ventures, and healthcare technology acquisitions.
