We’re seeking experienced Construction Project Manager in Healthcare, Ground-Up, and tenant improvements.
THE POSITION:
- These individuals must have demonstrated ownership of projects, not just participation
- We are particularly focused on candidates who have run work independently and understand schedule, cost, quality, and subcontractor management
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Landscape Architecture, Construction Management, Structural, Civil, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 5+ years of healthcare commercial construction experience is strongly preferred; commercial construction experience is required
- Ground-up, Industrial, and Tenant improvement experience is ideal
- Local Austin experience is a plus
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Location: This role is in Austin with travel to client offices, job sites, company meetings, or events
- Compensation: This is a full-time, benefited position
