The Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling incoming calls through multiple phone queues, addressing a variety of inquiries from members and health plans. This role requires maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism while meeting established quality and productivity standards, averaging 50 or more calls per day with corresponding documentation.

The ideal candidate will have prior healthcare experience in a fast‑paced production environment and demonstrate strong customer service and documentation skills. This position is well suited for individuals who are detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable managing high call volumes.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
