Healthcare Business Analyst – Medicaid Claims

Role: Senior Business Analyst – Medicaid Claims Processing

Location: Austin, TX – Hybrid

Must Have:

• 5+ years of Medicaid Claims Processing experience
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience
• 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• 5+ years of experience creating Wireframes, Use Cases, User Stories, Process Flows, and Acceptance Criteria
• 5+ years of experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and system requirements
• 5+ years of experience reviewing and improving business processes and operational procedures
• 5+ years of experience documenting user needs, program functions, and system enhancements
• 5+ years of experience analyzing input/output requirements, data flows, and reporting requirements
• 5+ years of experience performing cost-benefit analysis and evaluating solution alternatives
• 5+ years of experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred:

• Texas HHSC or Texas Medicaid experience
• Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework (PDF) experience
• State Government experience
• Familiarity with Information Architecture and Information Management methodologies
• Familiarity with Enterprise Software Architecture and Infrastructure components
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, enterprise architecture, and data governance best practices
