Health Services Coordinator

📍 Location: Fairfield, CA (Fully Onsite)

🕒 Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Join our Enhanced Health Services (EHS) team, where you’ll play a key role in supporting members with complex medical, behavioral, and social needs. Our department is dedicated to delivering whole-person, coordinated care by connecting clinical services with community-based resources.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you’ll help ensure our members receive the right care at the right time by:

• Reviewing and validating Treatment Authorization Requests (TARs) for approval
• Processing referrals and routing them to appropriate providers based on service needs and Medi-Cal counties
• Generating and maintaining reports to meet DHCS (Department of Health Care Services) requirements
• Researching and providing documentation for internal teams such as Regulatory Affairs and Compliance
• Supporting coordination efforts that address both clinical and non-clinical needs (housing, nutrition, transportation, etc.)

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and able to translate complex requirements into action.

• Ability to interpret and apply regulatory guidelines to daily operations
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify gaps or inconsistencies in TARs, referrals, and reports
• Experience responding to Compliance or Regulatory inquiries with accuracy and clarity
• Ability to identify missing documentation or misaligned service requests and take appropriate action
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Fairfield, CA.

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $35.00/hr.
