FieldBridge Energy seeks a Billerica, MA based HSE Coordinator to work for one of the world's largest oilfield services companies.
Pay/Schedule: $35-45/hr d.o.e. M-F 7:30am to 4:00pm. Weekly pay + Benefits
The hiring manager is specifically seeking someone with hands‑on experience preparing, filing, and managing OSHA and state/local regulatory reporting.
The EHS Coordinator supports facility operations, safety programs, and environmental compliance at our Billerica manufacturing site. This is a hands-on role responsible for maintaining a safe, compliant, and well-maintained facility while supporting daily operations and contractor activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct facility safety inspections and risk assessments
- Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, fire alarms, safety equipment, security)
- Coordinate contractors and vendors, ensuring safety compliance
- Support emergency preparedness and safety training programs
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and environmental regulations
- Assist with facility maintenance planning and repair budgets
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of EHS and/or Facilities experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge of OSHA, environmental regulations, and building systems
- Experience working with contractors and vendors
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- SAP or Ariba experience is a plus
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
