Responsibilities

  1. Own the end-to-end operations of Cider's US retail stores — set ambitious sales targets, build high-performing teams, and drive results.
  2. Lead the development of an omnichannel retail strategy, integrating retail technology and smart solutions to create a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints.
  3. Collect and synthesize customer feedback to influence product development and marketing direction; design and execute loyalty programs that improve retention and satisfaction.
  4. Partner with the marketing team to drive brand and store awareness, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all in-store and external channels.
  5. Build and refine retail and inventory workflows from the ground up, establishing scalable systems that support rapid growth.


Qualifications

  1. Deep understanding of the US consumer market with strong local insights; experience leading 0-to-1 retail initiatives is a strong plus.
  2. Proven ability to independently develop new markets, with an established network of regional partners, clients, and resources.
  3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to handle complex business discussions with confidence and autonomy.
  4. Excellent team leadership and management capabilities, with high business acumen and a hands-on, results-driven approach.
  5. Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal); international background or cross-cultural work experience preferred.
