Position Summary

The Head of Sales for King Street is responsible for the overall performance and customer experience of Beau & Ro's two retail locations in Charleston. This role leads store teams, drives sales growth, ensures operational excellence, maintains brand standards, and develops a high-performing culture across both locations.


The ideal candidate is a strong sales leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences while ensuring each store meets or exceeds sales goals. 


Key Responsibilities


Sales & Business Performance

  • Drive sales and profitability across both Charleston retail locations.
  • Lead by example on the sales floor. 
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
  • Develop action plans to improve performance and maximize opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities to increase average transaction value, client retention, and customer acquisition.
  • Monitor inventory levels to maximize sell-through.


Team Leadership & Development

  • Train and develop sales floor managers, key holders and associates.
  • Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, and exceptional customer service.
  • Ensure consistent onboarding and training practices across both locations.


Customer Experience

  • Ensure every customer receives a warm, personalized shopping experience.
  • Support clienteling initiatives, customer outreach, and VIP customer relationships.


Visual Merchandising & Brand Presentation

  • Ensure stores reflect the Beau & Ro brand aesthetic and seasonal storytelling.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and store appearance.


Qualifications

  • 5+ years of retail sales experience. 
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and operational excellence.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience with luxury, contemporary, or specialty retail preferred.
  • Passion for fashion, customer service, and brand building.
