Role Summary
The Head of FTZ owns the end to end Free Trade Zone product strategy for DCS in the U.S., setting the vision, roadmap, and commercial model to scale a compliant, high value FTZ offering. This leader integrates market development, solution architecture, technology enablement, and operational governance to deliver measurable duty/tax optimization and best in class cycle time
What You’ll Do
Qualifications
8–12+ years inFTZ operations/solutions, trade compliance, customs product managementwithin 3PL/logistics.Demonstrated track recordbuilding or scaling FTZ programs(activation to steady state) with clear financial and compliance results.Strong commercial acumen (pricing strategies, margin management, deal structuring)Excellent communication, stakeholder influence, and program management discipline.Professional certifications:Licensed Customs Broker (LCB)Background inregulated verticals(e.g. Life Sciences, Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Retail/eCom).Knowledge of FTZ systems and others industry related technologies.Manufacturing processesCustomer facing discussionProcess improvement
Pay Range:$130,011.75 - $173,349.00+ (Based on Experience)
