Craignair Inn is seeking a Lead Housekeeper to join our team in a year-round leadership role. This is an important position for someone who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming spaces for guests, while also helping lead the housekeeping team with care, organization, and efficiency.The Lead Housekeeper plays a key role in the daily flow of the inn. This person helps organize the day, assigns rooms and tasks to housekeeping staff, and makes sure everything that needs to get done is completed thoroughly and on time. This is a working leadership position, meaning the Lead Housekeeper will lead by example and also clean guest rooms alongside the team.We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, efficient, and team-focused.
