This position is responsible for safely operating heavy equipment to move material within the plant.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:- Inspect equipment for signs of wear
- Work in a team environment
- Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
- Notify supervisors of repairs needed
- Assist in plant maintenance and repairs
- 1+ years of related experience
- Knowledge of MSHA regulations
- Knowledge of machines and tools including their design, use and maintenance
Physical Abilities- General physical activities include climbing stairs and ladders, lifting, pushing, pulling, stooping, reach with hands and arms, and handling material
