Key Responsibilities
Strategic Vendor Relations: Lead review meetings with top-tier hardware partners (POS, registers, peripherals) to track trends and resolve systemic support issues.
Lifecycle Management: Coordinate the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process and manage unreturned equipment (URE) to minimize fees and maximize inventory efficiency.
Financial Integrity: Perform high-level audits of hardware invoices against ServiceNow documentation to ensure billing accuracy for thousands of site locations.
Documentation & Support: Act as the Tier III escalation point for complex hardware failures and maintain the "source of truth" installation and user guides.
What You Bring to the Table
Experience: 7+ years in IT Hardware Support or Asset Management (or a Bachelor’s degree in a related field).
The Tech Stack: Expert-level proficiency in ServiceNow for asset tracking and inventory management.
Industry Savvy: Previous experience managing hardware for large-scale retail or restaurant environments (specifically POS, registers, and payment terminals).
The "Pro" Factor: The ability to communicate with high-level stakeholders and franchise operators with professional poise and clarity.
