Group Reservations Coordinator - Hilton Anatole

The prestigiousHiltonAnatoleis looking for their next Group Reservations Coordinatorto join the team!

Spanning 45 lush acres north of downtown Dallas, this AAA 4-Diamond property is an icon in the vibrant Design District boasting over 1,600 rooms, 600,000 square feet of banquet space, and 6 food and beverage outlets -3 restaurants, a marketplace,in-room dining and a seasonal water park.

This position reports into the Reservations Manager and helps overseethe group reservations process from building group blocks, reservations and inventory. This role is Monday-Friday from 8:30am-5:00pm.

OnQ proficiency and large hotel experience is strongly preferred.

What will I be doing?

Processes group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements. Communicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office. Processes reservation request calls as appropriate, assists internal and external customers. Coordinates and implements department activities and projects. Provides clerical support and assistance to management.
