About the Role

We’re seeking a Group Facilitator who is passionate about client-centered work and who will facilitate therapeutic group programming.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group therapy and psychoeducational sessions
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation in the EMR
• Provide case management and coordinate care with the treatment team

Qualifications

• Must hold an active CAADC.
• LSW, LCSW, LMFT, LAPC, LPC preferred
• Experience with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders.

Required Skills

• Strong group facilitation skills and clinical judgment.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).

Preferred Skills

Reasonable caseloads and dedicated documentation time. Autonomy to use your preferred modalities. Quarterly bonus opportunities (up to 10%). Supportive, multidisciplinary team including supervisors who can help you with your career goals!

Pay range and compensation package

• Medical, dental, and vision insurance eligibility after 60 days.
