full-time Groundskeeperto support
Woodlake Apartments, with a split schedule between two communities.
Schedule:Mon–Tues: Village Park Apartments (2045 Village Park Way, Encinitas, CA 92024)
Wed–Fri: Woodlake Apartments (2240 Bear Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA 92027)
Pay:$18 – $19/hr (based on experience) + monthly bonuses
What You’ll Do:- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal across both communities
- Pick up trash and keep common areas clean
- Perform general groundskeeping and pressure washing
- Report maintenance concerns promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
What You Need:- 1+ year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Ability to commute between both properties (20–30 minutes)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
