- Master the Elements: Manage irrigation, fertilization, and seasonal treatments (pesticides/herbicides) to ensure our greenery thrives year-round.
- Ensure Perfection: Keep every driveway, entrance, and walkway in 'white-glove' condition, providing a safe and polished environment for everyone.
- Represent Excellence: Act as a vital member of the Facilities team, upholding the highest standards of integrity and professional care.

- Hands-on Expertise: At least one year of professional experience in horticulture or grounds maintenance. You know your way around a landscape and take pride in your craft.
- Reliability & Mobility: A valid Oregon Driver’s License and a satisfactory motor vehicle reportto ensure you can navigate our sites effectively.
- The 'Pro' Advantage (Preferred): Experience with sprinkler irrigation systems is a huge plus—helping us keep our grounds lush and efficient year-round.
