full-time Groundskeeperto join our team within the
Las Vegas & Henderson Region. This position will be assigned to a specific apartment community, with opportunities to grow within our portfolio.
Compensation:Competitive hourly pay + monthly bonuses
What You’ll Do:- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community
- Pick up trash and keep common areas clean
- Perform general groundskeeping and pressure washing
- Report maintenance concerns promptly
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
What You Need:- 1+ year of groundskeeping or related experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Reliable transportation (required)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic and reliability
