Salary Range: Our salaries range from $50103.98 to $52887.54 and are based on qualifications and experience.

About the role
Join CMHC’s Granville Island team in the Grounds Maintenance position, to keep the island clean, safe, and well-maintained.
This is a temporary position of a duration of 18 months.
Work schedule:
Shift: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 am. – 4:00 pm.
Shift premiums:
As part of our collective agreement, all employees benefit from a standard shift premium of 5.75% — automatically boosting your annual earnings to $52,984.96.
Additional premium:
Evening & Overnight Shifts (4 pm – 8 am): additional $2.50/hour
Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday): $2.25/hour
