We’re hiring a Healthcare Operations Coordinator to join our team and support the day-to-day flow of patient care, communication, and internal operations.

This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience, mentorship, and a clear path to grow within healthcare.


What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate patient scheduling, intake, and follow-ups
  • Communicate with patients, providers, and internal teams
  • Support onboarding and documentation processes
  • Maintain accurate records and manage data in internal systems
  • Assist with day-to-day office operations and workflow coordination
