Join a dynamic machine and pump repair shop as a Deburring Technician. This role involves preparing and cleaning machined parts before final assembly or shipping to customers. You will work with metal products ranging from 8" to 30", weighing between 10lbs to 250lbs. Additionally, you will perform general duties around the shop, including clean-up, warehouse tasks, and assembly assistance. As you grow in the position, you will be cross-trained to balance impellers.
Responsibilities
This is a long-term position with opportunities for cross-training in the fabrication department. Employees often have the opportunity to go direct and be trained in various other departments, fostering career growth and development.
Work Environment
The work environment includes climate-controlled areas, though you will also work in non-climate-controlled spaces. Collaborate with warehouse workers, pump mechanics, machinists, and welders. The dress code requires steel-toed boots, jeans, and a work shirt. The day shift runs from 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays based on workflow. Overtime and weekend work may be required depending on production needs, with an expected workweek of 40 to 45 hours.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
