This 2nd shift role (2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.) focuses on the setup and operation of precision cylindrical grinding machines to produce high-quality parts according to customer specifications. You will interpret blueprints and engineering documents, perform precision grinding operations, and verify work using precision measuring instruments to ensure products meet stringent quality and production requirements.

Work Environment
This position is based in a machine shop and production environment on 2nd shift, running from 2:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. You will work with precision cylindrical grinding equipment, including centerless grinders and CNC Studer grinders, along with standard machinists’ hand tools and precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and height gages. The work involves standing at machines, handling metal parts, and following established workflows and safety procedures. The environment is hands-on, manufacturing-focused, and requires adherence to shop safety practices and appropriate industrial work attire.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
