Wabash Valley Correctional Facility is a multi‑level security facility located in Carlisle, Indiana, with a capacity of more than 2,200 incarcerated adult males. Role Overview:
The Grievance Specialist position is essential to ensure the timely, thorough, and compliant handling of offender grievances within the facility. With an average volume of grievances requiring review, investigation, and response, this role is critical in maintaining operational efficiency, legal compliance, and institutional integrity.
Salary Statement:
The salary for this position traditionally starts at $34,216.00 but may be commensurate with education or work experience.
