We’re looking for a detail-oriented Greenskeeper to join our turf management team. You won't just be "mowing lawns"—you’ll be sculpting a professional-grade landscape where precision is the difference between a birdie and a bogey.
Responsibilities for a Mower / Greenskeeper
Precision Mowing: Operate specialized equipment (walk-behind and riding mowers) to maintain greens, tees, fairways, and roughs to exact height specifications.
Bunker Care: Rake and edge sand traps to ensure consistent playing conditions.
Use string trimmers and edgers around trees, water hazards, and cart paths.
Perform basic daily maintenance (cleaning, fueling, and checking oil)
Debris Control: Keep the course clear of fallen branches, leaves, and trash.
Documentation of completed work
Experience for a Greenskeeper / Mower
Valid Driver's License Required
Reliability: We need a team player who shows up on time.
Attention to Detail: You take pride in straight lines and uniform patterns.
Physical Stamina: You’re comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, light rain, humidity) and can lift up to 50 lbs.
Experience: Prior landscaping or golf course experience is a plus, but if you have a great attitude and a willingness to learn, we’ll train you!
