Key Responsibilities
  • Multi-Format Design: Create high-impact marketing and advertising materials, including digital assets (paid social, web graphics, email templates) and print collateral (brochures, packaging, posters).
  • UI/UX & Digital Excellence: Develop intuitive interfaces, wireframes, and responsive web layouts that enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Brand Stewardship: Ensure 100% brand consistency across all materials, maintaining strict adherence to typography, color standards, and evolving brand guidelines.
  • Performance-Driven Iteration: Adapt and refine designs based on performance metrics, A/B testing insights, and stakeholder feedback.
  • Collaborative Execution: Work closely with account managers, writers, and other creatives to ensure every project aligns with the client’s vision and business objectives.
  • Strategic Presentation: Present your work with confidence, articulating the "why" behind your design decisions and translating client needs into effective visual solutions.
  • Production Management: Prepare final artwork for production, ensuring all files meet quality specifications for both digital and print use.


Qualifications
  • Experience: 3+ years of relevant experience in graphic design, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse work (Brand, Social, UI/UX) that has driven measurable results.
  • Technical Mastery: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma. Familiarity with Canva is a plus.
  • Design Fundamentals: Deep understanding of layout design, typography, color theory, and user-centric design principles.
  • Agency Speed: Excellent time management skills and the ability to thrive under shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Coachability: A positive attitude toward feedback, with the ability to refine work until it meets both creative and strategic goals.
  • Location: Ability to work at our office near Thanksgiving Point. We are currently hybrid, working 2 days a week remotely, and 3 days a week in office.
