Role Summary

Design plays a key role in translating complex technical solutions into materials that are easy to understand and aligned with the IMPRES brand.


As a Graphic Designer, you’ll be at the heart of our marketing organization; producing and maintaining a wide range of visual materials that support sales, marketing, proposals, and internal initiatives. Working within an established brand system and design framework, you’ll execute day-to-day design updates and create new assets including presentations, marketing collateral, digital graphics, and event materials. This position reports to the VP of IT.


What You’ll Do

  • Create and update marketing and sales materials including presentations, social media, one-pagers, case studies, whitepapers, and digital assets.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all materials using established brand guidelines, templates, and design systems.
  • Follow and execute within an existing brand system, ensuring all designs align with the visual standards already in place.
  • Support ongoing updates to existing materials as messaging, products, or campaigns evolve.
  • Design graphics for website updates, social media, email campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist with event and trade show materials such as signage, booth graphics, banners, and promotional assets.
  • Support proposal and capture efforts by designing professional graphics, covers, and layouts for government RFP responses.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to ensure design supports communication and business development goals.
  • Ensure all deliverables are accurate, organized, and delivered on schedule.
  • Continually grow your design expertise through industry trends, new tools, and feedback.


Required Qualifications

  • U.S. citizenship (required)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably supporting marketing or communications teams
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and presentation design tools
  • Experience creating sales and marketing collateral such as decks, one-pagers, and digital assets
  • Demonstrated ability to work within and maintain an established brand system rather than building one from scratch
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across multiple materials and platforms
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
  • Candidates must currently reside in a designated HUBZone or be willing to relocate to a HUBZone-eligible area (check eligibility on the SBA HUBZone map)
