Project Designer

The Warner Group Architects is looking for talented, self-motivated, and passionate architects to join its offices in Santa Barbara and Newport Beach. Proximity to either location required, remote work does not foster the creative collaboration that we value most. Candidates should possess the following qualifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Project Designer: 2+ years of working experience
• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Architecture from an accredited college
• Proficiency in Revit / AutoCAD / Adobe CC
• Proficiency in either Rhino or Sketchup (Twinmotion is a PLUS)
• Experience in high-end single-family residential projects and with all phases of design and construction
• Strong design and graphic skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Professional appearance and work ethic
• Familiarity with permitting process in Santa Barbara, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Newport Beach is a plus
• Some travel involved
• Ability to work closely with our in-house Interior Design Team and outside consultants

Position Start Date: ASAP

Job Type: Full-time (8 hour shift)

Pay: $75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person [Newport Beach or Montecito]
