Graphic Designer - Ladies Activewear

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Graphic Designer specializing in Ladies Activewear. Based in New York, NY, the Graphic Designer will create graphics, designs, and branding materials tailored to the Ladies Activewear line.

Execution & Product Integration

• Create production-ready artwork, including placement graphics, hangtag layouts and innovative packaging
• Stay current on design trends; share new ideas with the larger design team.
• Keep files organized, layered, and ready for handoff or revisions
• Produce production-ready files with a deep understanding of print and digital specifications
• Partner closely with senior apparel designers to evolve the graphic identity of the brand
• Manage model catalogue and lead photoshoots for club stores retail packaging and special projects
• Edit and color correct photographs

Research & Inspiration

• Conduct project specific research 
• Bring forward fresh ideas that are current and trend-driven
• Offer design insights and strategic input to elevate brand aesthetics and product positioning
• Visual presentation skills including mood boards and large format presentation boards

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in ladies’ graphics and print, across active and athleisure clothing/accessory categories
• Strong portfolio, demonstrating taste, originality, and range across graphics and prints 
• Deep understanding of typography, layout, and print techniques
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Experience working with overseas factories and familiarity with production process is a plus 
• Self driven with a strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and deadlines 
• Able to excel in a collaborative, feedback-driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interpret creative direction
