The Role
Seeking a Senior Graphic Designer with strong advertising agency experience. This individual will play a key role in developing high-quality, on-brand creative across print and digital channels, supporting a wide range of campaigns—particularly within travel, hospitality, and lifestyle clients.
This is a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment where you’ll work closely with Creative Directors, Art Directors, and Account teams to bring concepts to life while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and execute high-quality creative across print and digital channels (campaigns, promotions, social, email, collateral, etc.)
- Translate creative direction into compelling visual solutions that align with brand and campaign objectives
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven, high-volume agency environment
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Account Managers, Creative Leadership, and Production teams
- Ensure all deliverables are accurate, polished, and on-brand through strong attention to detail and proofing
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving campaign needs, particularly within hospitality and promotional marketing environments
- Contribute ideas, support team collaboration, and continuously improve creative output and workflow efficiency
Qualifications
- 5–7+ years of graphic design experience within an advertising agency environment (required)
- Experience working with travel, hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment brands strongly preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital work
- Solid understanding of branding, typography, layout, and color theory
- Experience executing across a variety of assets, including digital campaigns, social media, email, and print collateral
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
