We have established a Logistics Competence Centre India (LCCII), which acts as a global support hub for Logistics. LCCI supports different regions by handling supply chain support, data management, and analytical activities, helping improve operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.

As a Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee, you will be part of the LCCI team and will support team members in day-to-day supply chain and logistics activities. This role is designed to help you gain hands-on experience, understand global supply chain operations, and build strong fundamentals in logistics systems and processes.

You will work in a global environment supporting Logistics regions such as Europe, North America, South America, and Asia Pacific, while learning how supply chain operations are managed across regions.

• Support the team members in executing assigned supply chain and logistics activities
• Assist in day-to-day logistics operations and administrative tasks
• Help update and maintain master data in supply chain systems
• Support data extraction, basic analysis, and reporting for operational needs
• Assist in creating and updating logistics-related data in systems such as TMS and ERP
• Support purchase order and sales order creation for logistics services and packaging
• Help track deviations and support follow-ups under guidance
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and process documentation
• Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI / Python

You are a graduate who is eager to learn, curious about supply chain operations, and motivated to build a career in Logistics. You enjoy working with data, systems, and people, and you are comfortable supporting senior team members in a fast-paced environment

We believe that it is an advantage if you have experience from production or logistics and supply chain environment.

• Graduate degree in Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field
• Basic understanding or strong interest in Supply Chain and Logistics
• Willingness to learn tools such as TMS, ERP systems, Power BI, Power Automate, and Excel
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a global team
• Positive attitude, adaptability, and learning mindset
