We are partnering with a global workforce planning and organisational design technology company to hire a Graduate Account Executive into their growing Philadelphia team.

The Role

As a Graduate Account Executive, you will join a high‑performing Sales & Marketing team and work closely with experienced enterprise sales professionals. Your focus will be on building early‑stage pipeline and developing the core skills required for a successful career in sales.

This is a fast‑paced, varied role where you will receive hands‑on training, ongoing coaching, and exposure to complex enterprise sales cycles.


Key responsibilities include:

  • Generating qualified meetings through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow‑up
  • Supporting targeted sales campaigns across defined industries and market segments
  • Researching target accounts and building strong insight into prospective customers
  • Qualifying opportunities using clear criteria before passing to senior sales colleagues
  • Partnering with Account Executives to progress opportunities through the sales funnel
  • Clearly and confidently communicating the company’s value proposition to a range of stakeholders, including senior leaders
  • Maintaining accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM systems
  • Supporting brand awareness through attendance at relevant industry events and trade shows


What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for graduates who are motivated by goals, enjoy relationship‑building, and are eager to learn how enterprise sales works in practice.

You may bring:

  • A university degree (any discipline considered) or equivalent commercial experience
  • Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with a range of stakeholders
  • A target‑driven mindset and desire to build a career in sales
  • A proactive, curious approach to learning and problem‑solving
  • Good organisation skills and attention to detail
  • Comfort using core technology tools (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, or similar platforms)

Nice to Have (but not essential):

  • Previous internship, placement, or part‑time experience in sales, customer success, or business development
  • Exposure to SaaS, technology, or B2B environments
  • Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, or ZoomInfo
  • An interest in HR, workforce planning, or organisational design topics
