The primary responsibility of Busser is to provide prompt, warm, welcoming, and courteous service. Busser is to expeditiously, and safely serve, clear, and assist service team. When engaging with guests, Busser will adhere to the proper expectations and standards of. Busser will work diligently and respectfully with all team members, supporting Servers and all team members to ensure an extraordinary level of service that exceeds guest(s) expectations, while graciously accommodating every and all feasible requests.

  • Serve in a safe and expeditious manner.
  • Ensure service items are correct prior to serving. 
  • Be attentive to all guest(s) needs, while graciously accommodating all feasible requests.
  • Clear multiple dishes to standards and expectations.
  • Course CGS as needed or requested.
  • Prepare, maintain, and clean work area / station.
  • Ensure work area / station is adequately always stocked.
  • Consistently communicate efficiently and efficiently with FOH / BOH teams.
  • Assist team members when all tasks have been successfully completed. 
  • Ensure all tables are completely set prior to opening and after closing to Stanton Social Prime standards.
  • Maintain Stanton Social Prime table requirements and cleanliness throughout guest dining experiences.
  • Polish all glassware as deemed necessary.
  • Assist Food Servers in all aspects of service.
  • Table maintenance is an absolute must throughout service, clearing and coursing CGS at required and necessary times.
  • Clearing, cleaning, and sanitizing tables in an expeditious and efficient manner, placing all items in their required areas.
  • Stock and restock all side stations with CGS, linen and any other mise en place.
  • Maintain the utmost professional demeanor throughout service.
  • Assist in setting up table floor plan, moving chairs, tables, and any other items to meet business demands. 
  • Possess extensive venue and menu knowledge.
  • Preparing and serving non-alcoholic beverages.
