At least 5 years of development experience with good knowledge in Contact Center, IVR and Java/J2EE technologies.
Knowledge and hands on experience on Google CCAI platform, Google Dialogflow, Google Cloud platform, Conversational IVR.
Experience in API integrations, Prompt engineering, Git hub, Jenkins, CI/CD
