Role Description

Makefield Putter is seeking a motivated Golf Putter Fitting Specialist to join our team. In this on-site role based in Bensalem, PA, the specialist will assess customer needs, provide personalized fitting sessions for putters using the X-3 Weight System, and educate customers on proper techniques to improve their putting game. Additional responsibilities include maintaining golf equipment, managing customer service interactions, and supporting sales efforts. This role is available for both full-time and part-time positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct professional putter fitting sessions using Makefield’s fitting system
• Analyze stroke mechanics, alignment, tempo, and setup
• Recommend specifications including length, loft, lie, head style, and grip
• Provide a high-end, personalized customer experience
• Educate customers on product features and performance benefits
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure accurate order specifications
• Maintain a clean, organized fitting environment
• Represent the Makefield brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Proficiency in golf equipment knowledge and familiarity with golf-specific tools
• Strong customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients
• Understanding of golf fundamentals and an ability to assist with putting techniques
• Experience in retail, sales, or custom fitting is a plus
• Passion for golf and an interest in helping others enhance their performance
• Ability to work on-site in Bensalem, PA
• Flexibility in schedule, including availability on weekends
