Schneider Electric has an opportunity for the Schnieder Development Program – Global Supply Chain: Business Analytics Track, set to start in July 2026.
You MUST be willing to relocate as this is a 3-year rotational program with potential to different Schneider Electric locations.
This rotational development program is designed to give recent graduates a second to none hands on experience working in multiple teams within our manufacturing, distribution center and/or our corporate HUB sites.
As part of the Global Supply Chain Schneider Development Program (GSC SDP) the individual will participate in a 3 year rotational program. The roles may include rotation supporting Logistics / Transportation Team, Central Planning Team and Central Data Analytics Team. The candidate will work as a Data Analyst supporting each of the areas assigned during the 3 year program. The candidate will have a different manager for each role during the program. Participants will experience a variety of rotations in one or more US Global Supply Chain locations — one year per location. These rotations enable participants to gain a multitude of broad experiences, networking opportunities, leadership and other personalized development as well as unique exposure to local, regional and global teams.
This development program track is ideal for someone who thrives on solving business problems with data — from automating manual processes to building dashboards that deliver real-time visibility to decision-makers.
You’ll be hands-on across the full BI lifecycle: pulling data from multiple sources, transforming it in Databricks, pushing it to Redshift, and building Tableau dashboards. This role is heavily focused on business intelligence, but we’re also beginning to explore machine learning opportunities — and we want someone who’s excited to grow in that direction.
If you’re a self-starter who enjoys working with data, building scalable pipelines, and making an impact, we’d love to talk.
