The EMO Planner is a smart, analytical, driven and knowledgeable and passionate supply chain professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and gain Area/Global exposure to multiple stake holders across the Reckitt business. As the roles and responsibilities of the position will evolve as industry trends evolve, the individual will be expected to show an interest and keep up to date with disruptive concepts and work closely with Centre of Excellence Teams and identify opportunities to leverage and incorporate these concepts in the Reckitt business. Your interpersonal skills will be as critical as your technical skills in this role as you collaborate across markets, factories, copackers etc.

Your responsibilities
- End‑to‑End Supply Ownership: Own the external manufacturing supply plan and full planning horizon, proactively managing service levels, distress SKUs, and out‑of‑stock risk.
- Demand & Supply Balancing: Partner with IMEX Demand Planners and EMOs to enrich forecasts, govern demand‑supply trade‑offs, and provide objective, holistic decision support across stakeholders.
- Performance, Targets & Reporting: Set, negotiate, and deliver inventory targets; track KPIs; produce stock tunnel and service projection reports; lead discussions to over‑deliver service and cost targets.
- Leadership & Communication: Chair supply reviews and service calls, lead regional communication between markets and sites, manage direct reports, and support team development.
- Optimization & Scenario Planning: Drive end‑to‑end supply chain optimization through scenario analysis, cost/benefit evaluations, lead‑time reduction, and alignment on obsolete clearance strategies
The experience we're looking for
- Experience & Planning Expertise: 5+ years of demand and/or supply planning experience with strong end‑to‑end supply chain knowledge, connecting Demand, Supply, and S&OP.
- Systems & Forecasting Knowledge: Proficient in SAP and JDE ERP systems, with solid understanding of statistical forecasting, forecast enrichment, and demand variability drivers.
- Analytical & Decision‑Making Skills: Strong analytical capability to interpret complex data, explain variances, recommend solutions, and make sound decisions in ambiguous environments.
- Stakeholder & Relationship Management: Proven ability to build, influence, and manage senior stakeholder relationships across functions, regions, and organizational levels; able to challenge constructively and confidently.
- Communication & Mindset: Clear, compelling communicator with strong presentation and interpersonal skills; customer‑focused, self‑motivated, collaborative, and brings a positive, can‑do attitude.
