Title: Technical Security Product Delivery Director – Corporate Applications and Programs

Location: Columbus, OH

Reporting To: Head of Technical Security

Role Overview

As a Technical Security Product Delivery Director within Global Security, you will drive the execution and implementation of critical security technology solutions across Corporate Applications and Programs. This includes Access Control (OnGuard, Smart Access, MorphoManager), Corporate Video (Genetec), Biometrics Program, Travel Automation Program, Turnstile Management, and specialty products designed to secure critical locations. You will partner closely with Product Managers, Security Operations, and Technology teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, meet operational requirements, and align with the firm’s security strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project plans for the deployment, upgrade, and integration of security applications and specialty products.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, operations, vendors) to ensure timely and compliant delivery.
  • Manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation for all assigned products.
  • Oversee change management activities, including stakeholder communications, training, and adoption monitoring.
  • Ensure solutions meet compliance, resiliency, cyber and operational standards.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers to align delivery with product vision, roadmap, and strategic objectives.
  • Support incident response and troubleshooting for deployed solutions, partnering with Security Operations as needed.
  • Track and report on key metrics, milestones, and adoption rates to leadership.
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and manage third-party deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Security, or related field.
  • 10+ years’ experience in technical project or product delivery, preferably in physical security or enterprise technology environments.
  • Hands-on experience with access control, video management, biometrics, and/or specialty security technologies.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, risk management, cybersecurity standards and operational controls in a highly regulated environment.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
  • PMP, Agile, CISM/CISP or similar certifications preferred.
