Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Global MSP Program Director to lead and oversee a large-scale, enterprise MSP engagement across multiple regions. This role is responsible for driving global strategy, operational excellence, and continuous program optimization while managing complex stakeholder relationships. The ideal candidate brings strong leadership experience in global workforce solutions, deep operational expertise, and the ability to influence executive-level stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in ensuring program scalability, compliance, and alignment with enterprise workforce strategies.


Job Description

  • Lead and own a global MSP program spanning multiple geographies, business units, and supplier networks
  • Drive end-to-end program delivery, including workforce planning, supplier management, invoicing, and financial operations
  • Partner with executive stakeholders across Procurement, Finance, HR, and Talent Acquisition to align program strategy with business objectives
  • Establish and manage global governance frameworks, including QBRs, MBRs, and executive steering committees
  • Oversee operational excellence initiatives, including process optimization, workflow approvals, and compliance management
  • Leverage data analytics and market intelligence to inform strategic decisions and improve program performance
  • Identify and implement cost savings and cost avoidance strategies while maintaining service quality
  • Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and global compliance standards, including labor laws and co-employment regulations
  • Lead transformation initiatives, including VMS optimization, technology adoption, and process standardization
  • Mentor and manage cross-functional teams, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment


Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in Workforce Solutions, MSP, RPO, Procurement, or Management Consulting
  • Proven experience managing global, enterprise-level MSP programs across multiple regions
  • Deep expertise in contingent workforce strategy, supplier ecosystems, and VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline)
  • Strong understanding of global labor laws, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and present to executive and C-level stakeholders
  • Advanced analytical skills with experience translating data into actionable insights
  • Strong leadership experience managing distributed, cross-functional global teams
  • Bachelor’s degree required; business or related field preferred

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
