The Mission

Our organization has recently expanded into the Canadian market, and we are managing a high-volume, high-impact program for international (Emergency Doctors) from Canada, Mexico, and Australia.

We need a seasoned Global Mobility professional to serve as the engine behind this expansion. You will manage the complex border-crossing logistics and immigration workflows that allow our medical professionals to get where they are needed most. This is a fast-paced role that balances technical compliance with a "white-glove" employee experience.

Key Objectives

  • High-Volume Visa Management: Direct oversight of a constant pipeline of 300+ active visas, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
  • International Intake: Lead the execution of our specialized twice-yearly international intake program.
  • Complex Filings: Facilitate the filing of L-1 Blanket visas, coordinating heavily with Payroll, Accounting, and external counsel to gather requisite data.
  • Border Logistics: Process heavy volumes of TN and E-3 visas, specifically managing the nuances of U.S.-Canada border crossings.
  • Process Transformation: We are looking for an architect, not just a processor. You will refine existing workflows and help draft our formal, scalable Global Mobility Policy.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Coordination: Manage U.S. and Canadian immigration processes (H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, PERM, PR, LMIA, and work permits).
  • Legal Liaison: Partner with external immigration counsel to prepare, review, and track visa petitions and applications.
  • Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for international employees regarding their status, documentation, and timelines.
  • Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within our tracking systems; monitor expiration dates and proactively initiate renewals.

Candidate Profile

  • Experience: ~5 years in Global Mobility or Immigration Coordination. We prioritize hands-on experience over formal degrees.
  • Technical Mastery: * Workday (Required): You must be proficient in navigating and managing data within Workday.
  • Excel (Intermediate): Must be able to build and manage complex tracking spreadsheets (VLOOKUPs, etc.).
  • Soft Skills: You must "vibe" well with a high-energy team. We need someone highly organized who can remain calm and effective in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with U.S. and Canadian immigration laws and the ability to ensure 100% audit compliance.

Why Join Us?

This role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of a major international expansion. For a high-performing candidate, this contract is a gateway to a permanent role within a team that values innovation, speed, and people-first logistics.
