Global Mobility & Immigration Administrator
Location: White Plains, NY (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / Fridays Remote) Must be commutable to White Plains, New York
Compensation: $50.00 – $55.00/hour

The Mission
Our organization has recently expanded into the Canadian market, and we are managing a high-volume, high-impact program for international (Emergency Doctors) from Canada, Mexico, and Australia.
We need a seasoned Global Mobility professional to serve as the engine behind this expansion. You will manage the complex border-crossing logistics and immigration workflows that allow our medical professionals to get where they are needed most. This is a fast-paced role that balances technical compliance with a "white-glove" employee experience.
Key Objectives
- High-Volume Visa Management: Direct oversight of a constant pipeline of 300+ active visas, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance.
- International Intake: Lead the execution of our specialized twice-yearly international intake program.
- Complex Filings: Facilitate the filing of L-1 Blanket visas, coordinating heavily with Payroll, Accounting, and external counsel to gather requisite data.
- Border Logistics: Process heavy volumes of TN and E-3 visas, specifically managing the nuances of U.S.-Canada border crossings.
- Process Transformation: We are looking for an architect, not just a processor. You will refine existing workflows and help draft our formal, scalable Global Mobility Policy.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Coordination: Manage U.S. and Canadian immigration processes (H-1B, TN, L-1, O-1, PERM, PR, LMIA, and work permits).
- Legal Liaison: Partner with external immigration counsel to prepare, review, and track visa petitions and applications.
- Employee Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for international employees regarding their status, documentation, and timelines.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records within our tracking systems; monitor expiration dates and proactively initiate renewals.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: ~5 years in Global Mobility or Immigration Coordination. We prioritize hands-on experience over formal degrees.
- Technical Mastery: * Workday (Required): You must be proficient in navigating and managing data within Workday.
- Excel (Intermediate): Must be able to build and manage complex tracking spreadsheets (VLOOKUPs, etc.).
- Soft Skills: You must "vibe" well with a high-energy team. We need someone highly organized who can remain calm and effective in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep familiarity with U.S. and Canadian immigration laws and the ability to ensure 100% audit compliance.
