Background Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in strategic sourcing, commodity management, or procurement within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing global supplier relationships and sourcing strategies.
• Strong negotiation, cost analysis, and supplier development skills.
• Proven leadership experience, including direct team management.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and finance teams.

Job Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global commodity strategies to support cost, quality, and delivery objectives.
• Lead supplier negotiations, cost reduction initiatives, and long-term agreements.
• Manage and develop a team of 4 direct reports.
• Analyze market trends, risks, and opportunities to inform sourcing decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams on new product launches and supplier selection.
• Drive supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost metrics.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.
• Support global sourcing alignment across regions and business units.
