Title: Global Business Director - AAR
Location: Houston, TX
Salary: $178,000 to $258,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Global Business Director is responsible for providing global P&L leadership to Olin's global Aromatics, Allylics, and Epoxy Resins businesses.
Essential Functions:
- Provide proactive Global P&L leadership for Olin's global Aromatics, Allylics, and Epoxy Resin business by leveraging all aspects of the AAR P&L.
- Provide marketing and analytical direction to Olin's Epoxy team, including price management, contract strategy and execution, competitive analysis, and supply/demand activations.
- Oversee development of next generation analytical tools leveraging competitive landscape intelligence from Olin commercial team and publicly available data.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive product strategies.
- Maximize value for Olin by proactively managing an optimal end use portfolio, proactively optimizing value across the value chain and regions with winning end uses and customers.
- Proactively monitor and assess information across all facets of the integrated business network, liaising closely with Procurement, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives utilizing both market and customer analytics, sales reporting, and product management feedback and support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree* in Business Administration, Marketing, Science, Engineering, or related discipline. Master's Degree* preferred.
- 10+ years relevant marketing experience. Supply Chain, Procurement, Operations, Consulting, or Finance experience preferred. Basic and specialty chemical experience strongly preferred.
- Self-starter, adaptive to change and possessing the resourcefulness needed to overcome unexpected challenges.
- High level of proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience with advanced analytical platforms like Alteryx, Tableau, and Power BI preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in presentation and report design and delivery.
- Up to 25% domestic and international travel required.
- Prior Olin experience in a related role preferred.
