The Capital Solutions Group at Goldman Sachs brings together our financing, origination, structuring, distribution, and risk management capabilities across public and private markets. The Residential Structured Finance business focuses on originating and executing a variety of residential mortgage transactions, such as securitizations on behalf of clients as well as Goldman Sachs, advisory assignments, warehouse and term financing, and whole loan principalling. The business operates across a broad spectrum of products / asset classes, including non-performing and re-performing loans, prime jumbo, non-qualified mortgages, investor and residential transition loans, single family rental, manufactured housing, seconds, HELOCs, mortgage servicing rights, and land. The role will involve the sourcing, structuring, and marketing of securitizations which are either broadly marketed and sold to institutional investors or privately placed, warehouse and term financings, principal transactions, and advisory assignments (including involvement with asset portfolio sales, corporate restructurings / M&A, risk transfer transactions, etc). We collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Trading, Investment Banking and other parts of the firm to prosecute these opportunities.

Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, New York, United States-based position is $125000-$250000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
